Herbal Detoxification Workshop
I will be hosting an Herbalism Workshop on Herbal Detoxification. During this 2-hour event you will learn about the best herbs to incorporate in your diet to support your body’s natural detoxification system. Herbs that cleanse & support the gastrointestinal system, liver, kidneys, skin and blood will be discussed. Hands-on workshop includes personalized guidance in helping you formulate and blend your own herbal detox tea to take home, using The Herbalist’s Garden grown & organically sourced medicinal herbs. Hors d’oeuvres & beverage will be provided along with an Herbal Detoxification booklet to accompany your custom Herbal Detox tea blend.
Pathways to Health & Wellness
Join me in attending “Pathways to Health and Wellness” presented by York Gardens & Tearoom. This day retreat offers wellness classes and a healthy light lunch menu with organic teas.
